At-home entertainment became essential and even more of a priority for young people going into quarantine last year. Video streaming services, social media, gaming, and many more entertainment sources experienced a boom as young consumers spent a lot more time in their homes and needed an escape from the outside world in more ways than one. In this report, we are checking in with young consumers’ attitudes towards at-home entertainment, the type of content and services that are only becoming more popular with time, and the media consumption behaviors that will last long after COVID-19 is over.
