Holiday Shopping Plans Report

While nothing is breaking Gen Z and Millennials holiday shopping spirits, their budgets and plans are certainly being impacted by inflation this year. They are switching up how they shop, with some beginning to shop earlier, set budgets, and use pay-in-installment services. And with the ease of COVID restrictions, young consumers are shopping both online and in-store this year. However, they are likely spending less than last year, making brands’ job of inspiring them and offering them the best deals around more vital than ever.

This year’s Holiday Shopping report digs into how young consumers are being impacted by inflation, their switch from gifts they want to gifts they need, and exactly how they will shop this holiday season.

  • How inflation is impacting Gen Z and Millennials holiday shopping plans and budgets
  • When Gen Z and Millennials plan to do their holiday shopping
  • Where young consumers will be shopping—in-store, online, or both?
  • What they are expecting from Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales this year
