PepsiCo is hosting a branded reality dating show to promote their new mango flavor. The company previously used personal dating ads to promote their new mango-flavored cola drink, and they’re taking it a step further with a dating reality show. Pepsi is working with Velocity to debut Match Me If You Can on MTV. The show will set up reality TV stars from different shows on dates that involve “unexpected activities” to see if they can find a perfect match. The show will utilize “a show within a show” concept and air during commercial break takeovers on the finale of MTV’s The Challenge: Double Agents’. It will also be available to watch on YouTube and Pluto TV after its initial run. (Marketing Dive)
