Colleges could be shut down for the entirety of 2020 due to the COVID crisis.

Apr 15 2020

Colleges could be shut down for the entirety of 2020 due to the COVID crisis. As schools remain closed due to the pandemic, education officials are weighing on when they should reopen their campuses. Boston University is the first U.S. university to announce that they may not reopen until the beginning of 2021 should it still be deemed unsafe for students to congregate together. However, even if colleges were to reopen, enrollments will likely be down due to increased financial strain on families, students deciding to delay schooling, or choosing to attend less costly public and community colleges.
