AMC is launching a “live” concert business. After the explosion of KPop Demon Hunters, YPulse predicted 2026 would yield more innovative concert experiences, from virtual artists on stage to VR immersion—and we’re seeing it happen. For younger fans priced out of the live concertgoing experience, AMC’s plans to move into the music space with affordability in mind could win them over. Arena One will start offering livestreamed concert experiences at more than 300 AMC movie theaters in June, with ticket prices ranging between $40-75 (before taxes that is). The livestreamed lineup will include performances from Bebe Rexha, Paris Hilton, Maren Morris, and others. The goal is that instead of having to save up for their favorite artist’s tour, they can pop into their local theater—which we know young people already love to do. (Hollywood Reporter)
🔮 YPulse predicted: Concert experiences can be partially or fully virtual, and can have all the same merch as a regular tour
