Germany is experimenting with the four-day workweek. To boost productivity at work and address the staff shortage in the country, Germany is trialing reduced working hours with 45 companies across the country for the next six months. Work-life balance is a hot topic among governments in the region: YPulse informed you how the British government recently looked into the four-day workweek, too, and Spain announced it’d reduce the workweek to 37.5 hours.
