Claire’s is bringing its Roblox items into the real world. The phygital product trend has been growing in 2023 just as YPulse predicted it would, and Claire’s is the next to make physical copies of their metaverse items. The items are originals from “Shimmerville,” characters and items uniquely made for the brand, unlike merchandise which has historically featured other brands’ icons. But the physical items aren’t just inspired by in-game designs—it flows both ways: plushies from the collection come with a code to unlock the pet in Roblox, too.
