Snapchat is adding new activations for this year’s Women’s World Cup. The social media platform just announced that they’re dropping a new real-time augmented reality experience along with Bitmoji clothing, stickers, and other features. Included in these new additions is the “Team Tracker” Lens that showcases each player with a 3D Bitmoji avatar, providing data on each World Cup match as they unfold. New selfie Lenses will also be available, allowing Snap users to take flicks with the lens for the country they’re supporting. Furthermore, Snapchat is partnering with Adidas to drop a new collection of Bitmoji clothing. YPulse data shows Bitmojis are the second most used feature among Gen Z and Millennial snapchat users, so options to show off their team support are sure to get recognized. (Social Media Today)
