Natural Light and Sperry are teaming up to make the “Brewzie” a thing this summer. The Anheuser-Busch InBev subsidiary is collabing with Sperry to launch an eco-friendly product, up-cycling the retailer’s iconic boat shoe into a holder for beer. Nicknamed the “Brewzie” (a play on the typical Koozie beer holder), the product is aiming to link the beer and shoe for the perfect summertime product. A plus for young consumers is that it’s eco-friendly, which could potentially attract the majority of young people who prioritize sustainability. In fact, YPulse’s Sustainability report shows that Gen Z and Millennial customers believe brands should make more eco-friendly packaging. (Marketing Dive)
