Speaking of, Chewy is hosting a TikTok Live event for Valentine’s Day to help pet lovers find “Some Buddy to Love.” The event is centered on showcasing “eligible cuties” for attendees to adopt and will feature virtual activities like animal show-and-tells and puppy and kitten livestreams. For each video view during the “Some Buddy to Love” event, Chewy will donate one pound of pet food and supplies to the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach, Florida. This activation builds on the Chewy Gives Back program that connects potential pet parents with adoptable animals while setting them up for success with essential education for newbies.
