Book subscription service Literati is tapping Tinx and more content creators for their own monthly book clubs.

Book subscription service Literati is tapping Tinx and more content creators for their own monthly book clubs. Literati has been helping celebrities and pop culture icons curate their own book clubs since 2016, and now the service is leaning into the creator economy by teaming up with Tinx (a.k.a. “TikTok’s big sister”), dance star Chloé Lukasiak, vlogger Nicole Laeno, and musician Brynn Elliott for their own book clubs. The curated book clubs cost $26 per month and consumers will receive the creator’s book of choice along with access to all of the book club communities on Literati’s app. Thanks to the #BookTok community, book discovery has surged this year as young people connect over their favorite titles online, and creator book clubs could be a boon for Literati by connecting young book lovers to their favorite influencers. YPulse’s Clicking on Community trend research shows that 22% of Gen Z and 34% of Millennials say books act as a source of meaning, guidance, and support for them. (Tubefilter)
