Pandemic TV habits are likely to stick around as part of the “new normal.” Hub Entertainment Research’s study found that 77% of TV viewers now say they’re watching more TV now than before the pandemic—seven points higher than in November 2020. What’s more, 44% have added at least one streaming service during the pandemic, and many plan to keep them, with Disney+ subscribers most likely to say they won’t drop the service. YPulse’s TV and entertainment report found that 75% of 13-39-year-olds say after COVID passes, they’ll be watching TV at home as much or more than they are now. (Advanced Television)
