Fashion brands are finding new ways to meet the demands of “the 2021 Gen Z shopper” post-COVID. According to the Cotton Incorporated Lifestyle Monitor™survey, 46% of Gen Z think the pandemic will change the way they shop for clothes in the future, while 47% say it has caused them to buy more of their clothes online. Amazon is the online retailer they’ve turned to the most, with 41% of Gen Z reporting it’s the top site they shop for clothes online—followed by Target and Instagram, both at 9%. YPulse’s fashion and style report found that the number of young shoppers who prefer to buy their clothing online grew significantly last year. (Sourcing Journal)
