PepsiCo is rolling out a digital recipe hub and holiday cookbooks to help spark young people’s creativity in the kitchen. YPulse’s Comfort in the Kitchen trend report found that 51% of 13-39-year-olds are cooking more compared to last year—and now PepsiCo is trying to reach them with the launch of an online recipe hub and two limited-edition cookbooks for the holidays. The “More Smiles With Every Bite” digital hub, which arranges dishes by event and model, will feature creations like Lay’s Hashbrown Casserole, Smartfood Popcorn Vacation Wreath Cake, and Ruffles Jalapeno Ranch Grilled Jalapeno Poppers with links to ingredients from Frito-Lay and Quaker. The Massive Daring Guide of MTN DEW Recipes and The Bon-Appe-Cheetos: A Vacation Cookbook will include various recipes featuring the popular drinks and snacks with the latter featuring celebrity chefs Anne Burrell, Richard Blais, Ronnie Woo, and Casey Webb.
