Postmates is delivering “TikTok-trendy” treats. YPulse’s most recent social media survey found that 35% of young people are on TikTok, and the pandemic has inspired a lot of food trends on the app, as young consumers have turned to their kitchens for comfort and entertainment. Now Postmates will be delivering some of the biggest food fads directly to customers’ doors. In Los Angeles, the food delivery service is offering customers a chance to order “the most shared food trends,” including cloud bread (3 billion views), whipped coffee (2.2 billion views), and pancake cereal (1.6 billion views).
