The growing incorporation of artificial intelligence into social media platforms raises the question of whether the tech is helping or hurting content creators’ videos. But according to new survey data from Lightricks, 86% of creators share the opinion that AI helps them when designing content, and it seems like their fans support the use of chatbots too: 71% of influencers report that their followers enjoy watching “AI-driven content.” Nonetheless, there is still concern over the potential risk of AI replacing human jobs—but when asked about this, ChatGPT itself expressed that “it’s important to note that AI is not a replacement for all jobs and will likely create new opportunities and job roles in fields related to AI development and implementation.” YPulse’s AI Unpacked trend report data shows 70% of Gen Z and Millennials think AI will make their jobs easier.
