Former Sway House members are launching a Gen Z-focused marketing firm. Josh Richards and Griffin Johnson (former members of creator collective Sway House) are teaming up on yet another business venture together. A spinoff agency to Hawke Media, HawkeZ is entirely focused on selling to the Gen Z set. Richards and Johnson are set to serve as creative directors, and Hawke Media’s CEO will manage the agency’s day-to-day operations. HawkeZ’s first signed client is Crocs (a brand Gen Z has been embracing) and Richards and Johnson see this next business opportunity as a way of using their insights as young consumers to help brands build loyalty with Gen Z for years to come.
