The majority of Millennial women would rather spend quarantines with their best friend than their significant other.

The majority of Millennial women would rather spend quarantines with their best friend than their significant other. According to a OnePoll survey, 60% of 24-39-year-old females would rather “be trapped in quarantine” with their best female friend than a romantic partner. (Of course, it should be noted that YPulse’s data shows 36% of Millennial women are currently single.) The survey also revealed that 60% of Millennial women say they’ve developed a new best friendship as a result of the pandemic, and phoning (51%), texting (46%), and sharing memes and videos (45%) are the top ways they connect. Pre-COVID, YPulse’s Extended Singledom trend report found that the majority of single females say spending time with their friends is more important than finding a partner. (Study Finds)
