More students are thinking about delaying higher education. According to a LaneTerralever survey, more than one-third of prospective college students are reconsidering higher education in light of COVID. Forty-three percent of prospective students for one and two-year programs are looking into delaying enrollments. According to one expert, prospective students are facing “tremendous pressure and uncertainty,” and they need the right information on how “higher education can be accessible, affordable, and productive for them” in the present. YPulse’s Gen Z’s Education Interrupted report found that 60% of college students say COVID has changed their college plans in some way. (Inside Higher Ed)
