Oracle has won the bid for TikTok in the U.S. After months of a looming ban, Oracle beat out Microsoft in a bid for TikTok. While the deal isn’t an “outright sale,” the company is set to be a “trusted tech partner” in the U.S.—though details around what that means and what it would entail remain a mystery.
