Some Gen Z see job security as becoming their own CEO. While AI has been blamed for mass layoffs and shaky job prospects, many young adults are actually using AI tools to power their emerging businesses now—like using coding platforms to create prototypes. This entrepreneurial mindset seems to largely be rooted in necessity: a recent survey from Fiverr shows that 67% of Gen Z workers want to have multiple streams of income to feel financially secure.
