Roblox is launching its own creator fund. Previously called the Game Fund, users chosen for the new Creator Fund will partner with Roblox to establish important project goals, secure financial support contingent on meeting checkpoints, and engage with internal specialists. Roblox is encouraging creative players to sign up and build things that would not normally be in games on the server. Last year, creators on the platform earned nearly $741M, with some making $90K on their own strictly off custom Avatar clothing and accessory sales. (Fast Company)
