Work culture predictions for 2030 are looking optimistic. Gen Z and Millennials have been using social media to criticize traditional workplace norms and advocate for changes such as a four-day work week and more flexibility for a while now. As YPulse’s Gen Z in Their Job Era trend report shows, Gen Z especially is exceedingly vocal about their mental health needs at work. But luckily, the CEO of the Culture Institute of Australia predicts that by 2030, more of these needs will be considered. He predicts there will be an increased awareness of mental health issues in the workplace and a shift towards preventative measures like mindfulness training, rather than a reactive approach like therapy.
