Data from Vogue Business’ TikTok Trend Tracker shows that the young gen is all about multi-step shower routines, with the hashtag #ShowerRoutine being one of the most trending this past June and #EverythingShower having an average of 7M weekly views in just the U.S. Now, brands are tapping into Gen Z’s affinity for a lengthy shower routine; the skincare brand Naturium is turning to shower-focused products after previously focusing on only face products, and haircare brand K18 has taken advantage of the ShowerTok trend by pushing their popular products to go viral.
