There is no “one way” to accomplish life milestones for Gen Z and Millennials. These gens shared their personal 2023 life milestones with us and let us tell you—they were all different! Not only because teens, twenty somethings, and Millennials are in different life stages, but because these generations are approaching a world with new hurdles in the ways that feel most authentic to them.
In this year’s Life Milestones and Future Plans report, we cover what these gens accomplished in 2023, what they’re looking forward to in 2024, and their overall hopefulness for what their life will look like in the future.

Report length: 15 pages, North America report is based on surveys of 1500 13-39-year-olds in the U.S. and Canada, fielded December 2023. Western Europe report is based on a survey of 2500 13-39-year-olds in the U.K., Italy, Spain, France, and Germany, fielded in December 2023.
