When it comes to their futures, Gen Z and Millennials are still being impacted by the pandemic, but beginning to plan ahead. Gen Z specifically is looking forward to their futures and shifted from one-year plans to five-year plans. They’re increasingly taking on adult milestones, and they’re focused on the things that are important to them and that they believe will create success. For young consumers, mental health and meaningful jobs are at the forefront of their minds when they are planning for their life milestones.
This year’s Life Milestones and Future Plans report will uncover how young consumers plan ahead, what they find most important, and how they’re creating their own paths to success.
