Hershey’s Kisses and Pokémon teamed up for another special edition collab. As an expansion of Hershey and Pokémon collab on 151 foil designs last year and celebrating 30 years of Pokémon, fans can now shop for 10 new foils that are inspired by their favorite antagonists, Team Rocket. And to make it exclusive, once the Hershey’s Kisses are out of stock, they won’t be brought back. Fans can also scan the QR code on each pack to access a digital collection hub, where they can track their finds and win prizes—and we know how popular Pokémon’s apps have been among Gen Z in the past. Other brands have announced partnerships with Pokémon ahead of its 30th anniversary too, including Target, Build-A-Bear, and Uniqlo. Pokémon has maintained its relevance with young consumers, especially when trading cards went so viral in 2021 that Target had to stop selling them. YPulse’s 2024 Kidulting data shows Pokémon was one of 13-39-year-olds’ favorite shows growing up. (AOL)
