With “Golden” still topping the Hot 100 and another theatrical release on Halloween weekend, it’s no surprise that KPop Demon Hunters is owning spooky season. Google’s 2025 Frightgeist shows all three main characters ranking in the top 10 costume searches, with Rumi, Zoey, and Mira ranking first through third respectively, for both adult and children’s sizes. And more than 80% of metropolitan cities feature at least one KPop Demon Hunters look in their top five costume searches. For the official costumes, Spirit Halloween launched the exclusive designs for kids and adults, with many already soldout online. The rest of the search ranking shows pop culture range also driven by Gen Z interests, from Minecraft’s Chicken Jockey to Elphaba, Glinda, The Lorax, and more. (USA Today)
