Disney wants to encourage kids and families to be active through its upcoming Disney Jr. Let’s Play! campaign. Using some of its best-known TV shows, movies, and characters, Disney is bringing IRL activities and experiences to communities across the U.S. With characters like Bluey, Spidey, and Mickey leading the way, the initiative aims to get kids off the couch by bringing their favorite shows to life through real-world play. The campaign includes pop-ups at over 400 roller rinks across the country, a special branded day at Disneyland Resort properties, and a traveling concert tour designed just for preschoolers. They’re also launching YouTube shorts and fun segments on Good Morning America to keep the energy going at home. Plus, through a partnership with Every Kid Sports, Disney will help families cover registration fees for kids’ sports this fall. (The Hollywood Reporter)
