HBO has found its main cast for the new Harry Potter series. After an extensive audition process, three young actors—Dominic McLaughlin (a Scottish actor), Alastair Stout, and Arabella Stanton—have finally been cast to play Harry, Ron, and Hermione. The new series, aiming to run at least a decade, is promised to be an even closer adaptation of the classic novels with author J.K. Rowling credited as an executive producer. With three emerging, talented actors, along with producers who’ve worked on popular shows like Killing Eve and Succession, the series could be a global hit for both old and new gens of fans.
