Gen Z is reportedly fuelling a new travel trend experts name “lusiness.” Employees adding personal travel to business trips was dubbed “bleisure,” but a recent Amex study shows that the opposite trend is happening, too. “Reverse bleisure” or “lusiness” refers to the practice of incorporating work meetings into personal trips. And Gen Z is the most likely gen to be adding work into their vacation: 56% of British 18-28-year-olds have participated in “lusiness,” while only 36% of Gen X did the same, a -21pt difference.
