Victoria’s Secret is working to reconnect with Gen Z customers by leveraging nostalgia for classic items (even though Gen Z might not have ever had them) like bedazzled PINK sweatpants and leggings, as well as beauty and fragrance products. The company also just revived its Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, it’s the first one since 2019, as it’s been ramping up celebrity efforts in place of its retired “angels.” And so far, social content and sales numbers both seem to point toward a positive reception: so far in 2024, the brand announced an increase in sales for four consecutive quarters.
