Swifties gathered in the streets of Vienna after their concerts got cancelled. The Austrian authorities decided to cancel The Eras Tour concerts last weekend over concerns of a terrorist attack. To “make the best out of a bad situation”—in the words of a 20-year-old Swiftie—many fans spontaneously came together in the city center. Young people participated in traditional Swifties activities, from exchanging friendship bracelets to singing their favorite songs to fill the gap of their long-anticipated experience. (The Guardian)
