Fizz is a new anonymous online college marketplace for Gen Z. Although Fizz is an anonymous platform, users must verify their school email address to join a school’s community. As of now, Fizz does not handle payments, leaving users to manage their transactions independently. (Sounds a lot like Facebook Marketplace, huh?) Despite this, the app has gained popularity, operating on 240 college campuses and 60 high schools, with a team of full-time staff and volunteer moderators. Like previous anonymous college apps, it allows users to discover campus-specific info—but the marketplace is a new benefit. (Tech Crunch)
