Spotify is encouraging young Europeans to vote. The European elections are around the corner, and more brands in the region (like BMW) are pushing young people to head to their polling station. Spotify’s “Play your part, Europe” campaign includes notifications to remind listeners 18+ of the upcoming EU elections as well as the release of special “European playlists.” The streaming giant has already run similar campaigns in Sweden, the U.S., and more recently for the local elections that took place in the U.K. last month.
