eBay tested a livestream event in the U.K. eBay launched its very first livestream shopping event for the British market last week, hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan known for her role in the Netflix show The Duchess. While watching the show on eBay, viewers could purchase Ryan’s pre-loved fashion items in real time with the “buy it now” option. Livestream shopping is common practice in some parts of the world like China but it’s still a niche way of buying products in Europe. (Fashion United)
