Gen Z and Millennial workers are experiencing lower productivity due to friction with older managers. A recent survey of 1,500 workers in finance and technology in the U.S. and U.K. found that one in four employees reported low productivity, with 37% of Gen Z and 30% of Millennials struggling to get work done.
