HI-CHEW recently launched a direct-to-consumer website in an effort to better target Gen Z. The new site allows consumers to navigate through over 30 flavors of the candy and plans to co-exist with other major online retailers by offering more flavors and smaller order options. The intention is to appeal more to Gen Z consumers, who are a significant target audience for the brand. The website incorporates visual elements such as brand history timelines and vibrant color palettes commonly associated with Gen Z, aiming to create a fun and unique user experience. Plus, it offers rewards points to “Chew Crew” members to earn points toward branded merch. A limited-time pop-up has opened in New York as well to promote the launch of its new HI-CHEW Bites.
