France’s new Prime Minister is 35-years-old and openly gay. The nomination of Gabriel Attal as France’s Prime Minister is bringing lots of changes to the country. Not only is Attal France’s youngest PM ever, but he is also the first in the role to be openly gay. This means a lot in a country deemed politically traditional and non-diverse—while the prospect of having a Black President in the country is closer to a Netflix show than reality. (Le Monde)
