The cruise, which lasts for nine months and stops all over the world, is taking over TikTok as many aspiring influencers use the trip as an opportunity to produce content. Viewers are now closely following the lives of those onboard, which is only just over a week into the nine months, expecting drama due to the “unlimited” supply of alcohol and the fact that everyone seems to be posting their every move. Some describe the cruise as a small community experience, while others see it as a ceaseless social event. YPulse predicts that in 2024, segmented viewing on TikTok will cut into regular TV time and this might just be the first unofficial content creator reality series that makes it happen. (Mashable)
