TikTok is Gen Z’s career coach. According to a new survey by ResumeBuilder of young workers, “half of Gen Zers and [M]illennials are getting career advice off the app.” And to show just how much they’re following this advice, the survey also found that two in three young workers (ages 21-40-years-old) “say they’re very trusting or somewhat trusting of the advice they receive.” YPulse’s recent Gen Z In Their Job Era survey shows that nearly half of 18-24-year-olds are using TikTok to help prepare them for their careers.
