Pizza Hut is extending its hours at thousands of their locations. The chain is looking to appeal to Gen Z by becoming their go-to for a late-night craving, now accepting orders until at least midnight and possibly 2 a.m. in some locations. The menu will include regular sized pizzas, wings, and desserts available for delivery or carry-out without any extra charges. The shift aligns with Chipotle’s move to keep some locations open until midnight on Halloween, driven by proof in increased sales after 8 p.m. on Halloween night and their own research that found “81% of its regulars between the ages of 18 and 26 would like the restaurants to stay open until midnight.” (Food&Wine)
