A new investing app for Gen Z is aiming to teach them how to accumulate wealth.

A new investing app for Gen Z is aiming to teach them how to accumulate wealth. Bloom—a stock investing platform for young investors—has been downloaded 1M times since its launch last year. The co-founders of the app are focusing on helping those 13-years-old and up how to compound their money by providing interactive lessons and quizzes on investing, stocks, and finance on the app. The co-founder says “Existing platforms want to give you free stocks or free trades, but don’t actually teach you the fundamentals of investing.” YPulse research shows that one third of Gen Z and Millennials have multiple streams of income, and of those, 19% are investing into the stock market.
