Ring Concierge’s small but mighty team is using Instagram to push a majority of their sales. The fine jewelry company only has 60 employees, yet has 633K followers on Instagram and raked in an eight-figure revenue last year. Ring Concierge recognized the impact that social media can have on making or breaking a business; the company’s CEO explains that much of the jewelry industry is “old-school” and doesn’t utilize tools like Instagram to market to consumers, especially younger, tech-minded ones. The CMO of Ring Concierge explains that their content is successful because the brand is “redefining what luxury means and making fine jewelry aspirational and attainable.” YPulse’s TikTok Effect trend report shows that 52% of 13-39-year-olds want to see brands / products on Instagram specifically.
