Apothékary’s DTC wellness brand is giving itself a makeover. After receiving customer feedback, the wellness company decided to execute a rebranding effort, which officially launched yesterday. As part of the upgrade, Apothékary released a new logo and updated website, along with sustainable packaging and “revamped customer service models.” Additionally, they plan to drop refills for all products being sold, confining refill sizes to a single custom jar. The CEO and founder of the brand explained that “after listening to our customers about packing issues, the efficacy of our herbal formulas… we knew we had to do better.” YPulse’s Sustainability report shows that over half of young consumers think brands should develop more eco-friendly packaging.
