No signal? No problem. Spotify is coming out with an “Offline Mix.” The company’s CEO announced this past Thursday that a new offline element is in the works for the app. “Your Offline Mix” will gather users’ most listened to songs and automatically download them to the account so that it can be listened to anywhere, even without service. As described by the screenshot the CEO posted to Twitter, the playlist is meant for “when the vibe is high, but your connection is low.” Although there hasn’t been a release date announced for this feature, Spotify users are still taking to social media platforms to express their excitement. YPulse’s Music report shows 48% of Gen Z and Millennials are Spotify users, making it their top-used music streaming service. (Mashable)
