Lego is working with Epic Games’ Super Awesome to take kid safety matters into their own hands.

Dec 02 2022

Lego is working with Epic Games’ Super Awesome to take kid safety matters into their own hands. Company safety measures to protect children online have been lacking and parents are overseeing their kids’ online activity. But now ParentGraph, “a product developed by tech company SuperAwesome,” is working with Lego to take the responsibility off parents’ backs. ParentGraph is now “integrated into Lego ID that allows parents to opt into a network of verified guardians without having to constantly provide verification details” whenever their child wants to gain access to one of their games. Once a parent has joined the service, they’ll be able to manage their kids’ online experiences and Lego “want[s] [parents] to feel comfortable and educated” as their kids grow up online—especially since they’ve been wanting more help with their kids’ content controls.
