I’m Fine, You? is Maybelline’s new podcast checking in on mental health. Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Stitcher, the makeup brand’s podcast is making mental health more accessible with the goal of breaking stigmas around anxiety and depression. Hosted by Chrissy Rutherford, a “brand consultant and former special projects director of HarpersBazaar.com,” with guests like gold medal gymnast Aly Raisman, therapist Nedra Glover Tawwab, and psychiatrist Sasha Hamdani, the podcast will help listeners make positive changes in their own lives as well as the lives of others. The special guests will each choose a mental health organization they’ll make a donation to and Maybelline pledges to donate $10 million in total and reach one million people by 2025. YPulse’s Causes/Charity & Activism report data shows 85% of 13-39-year-olds agree with the statement, “if a brand voices their support of a social issue, they should also be making an active effort to help the cause.” (Retail Dive)
