Over half of Gen Z say they may change jobs this year. According to the Microsoft 2022 Work Trend Index, 43% of employees surveyed are somewhat / extremely likely to consider changing jobs in the coming year, while 52% of Gen Z and Millennials say the same. Additionally, over half of Gen Z are considering a shift to hybrid work and 56% are considering a shift to remote work in the year ahead (compared to 53% and 49% of respondents overall, respectively). With that, Gen Z workers have a higher likelihood of engaging with job postings that mention flexibility.
