A third of U.K. workers say they would take a pay cut to never return to the office. A study from job site Reed found that 35% of U.K. employees want to work from home permanently, while 36% say their employer is not offering a fair balance between at-home and in-office working. YPulse’s recent What’s Next for Work trend research explores how the pandemic has provoked young workers to re-examine not only their jobs but their entire relationship with work, and found that the majority of young workers prefer to work from home, and feel they perform better working remotely. Meanwhile, 42% of employed Millennials tell YPulse they would leave their jobs if their work/life balance is unhealthy. (Yahoo! Finance)
